You can simply do tons of websites that only require you to sumbit your email to get 50 cents. 50 cents adds up when it takes about 5 seconds to type your email and sumbit it. Offers are ads you see such as win a ipod sumbit your info. You hit the offer you want to do and say its a win a ipod nano. Sumbit your info (perferabbly fake names) and then you have to wait so the website knows you did it and bam you got 50+ in the bank. No, those links go where they appear to go. They're all technically legitimate (as legitimate as those "pay to do offers/read email" things can be, anyway) but certainly spam.
